Job description

We’re looking to hire a Digital Manager to support our social media and digital projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media communities, scheduling and publishing content, analysing performance metrics, and assisting with digital reports. A basic understanding of paid media and website CMS is a must.

As a Digital Manager at GTG, you’ll work closely with our clients to enhance their digital presence, engage their audiences, and ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns. This role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job requirements

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring deliverables meet high quality standards, timelines, and budgets

  • Develop and implement Digital communication strategies and plans that align with client objectives

  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their day-to-day advisor and maintaining consistent communication while balancing the needs of the client and the firm

  • Manage social media community interactions, including responding to comments and messages

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms

  • Monitor social media performance and generate digital reports

  • Develop content calendars and ensure timely execution of posts

  • Manage paid media campaigns by coordinating assets and tracking performance

  • Conduct social listening and trend analysis to provide insights and recommendations

  • Work closely with internal teams to align digital strategies with broader communication goals

  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and media planners to ensure high-quality content delivery

  • Manage website content updates and ensure consistency across digital platforms

  • Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking reports

  • Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and pitching

  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth

Required skills and qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)

  • Able to analyse data informing strategic insights and generate performance reports

  • Knowledge of paid media campaigns and website CMS management

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to effectively lead a team

  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills, with an ability to build trust and maintain relationships

  • Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines

  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field

  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s digital landscape and Vision 2030 initiatives is a plus
