Job description

We’re looking to hire a Digital Account Executive to support our social media and digital projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media communities, scheduling and publishing content, analyzing performance metrics, and assisting with digital reports. A basic understanding of paid media and website CMS is a plus.


As a Digital Account Executive at GTG, you’ll work closely with our clients to enhance their digital presence, engage their audiences, and ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns. This role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities


  • Manage social media community interactions, including responding to comments and messages.
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media performance and generate digital reports.
  • Assist in developing content calendars and ensuring timely execution of posts.
  • Support paid media campaigns by coordinating assets and tracking performance.
  • Conduct social listening and trend analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align digital strategies with broader communication goals.
  • Provide support on website content updates and ensure consistency across digital platforms.
  • Assist in compiling competitive analysis and industry benchmarking reports.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and media planners to ensure high-quality content delivery.


Required skills and qualifications


  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Ability to analyze data informing strategic insights and generate performance reports.
  • Basic knowledge of paid media campaigns and website CMS management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s digital landscape and Vision 2030 initiatives is a plus.
  • Experience working with agencies or consulting firms.
