Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our HR function, with a primary focus on recruitment coordination and HR administrative processes. This role is critical in helping ensure our people-related workflows run smoothly and efficiently as we continue to grow.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in people and talent, a high level of organization, and a strong sense of ownership. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager to support hiring efforts, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure seamless internal processes.

Working Hours:

  • Sunday to Thursday workweek

  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (KSA time)

This is a fully remote role where ideally, candidates are located within a 4 hour time difference from KSA.

Job requirements

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn

  • Draft job descriptions and post openings across relevant channels

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews

  • Maintain and update the recruitment candidate database

  • Support with reference checks and offer letter preparation

  • Manage and update employee records and documentation

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Support in drafting internal HR communications and policy documents

  • Help track and maintain employee performance reviews

  • Help run the annual employee engagement surveys and survey analysis

  • Assist with coordinating learning and development trainings

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or a related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role

  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and basic HR processes

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Discreet and reliable when handling confidential information

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
