Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist to lead all KSA-based HR compliance, government platform management, and local employment administration while supporting business growth. In addition to local HR operations, this role will also partner closely with the wider HR team to support and drive cross-functional HR initiatives across the organisation.

Job requirements

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of KSA government HR platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad (WPS), Absher, Muqeem, Taqat/Nitaqat, and MHRSD portals

  • Manage employment contract creation, renewals, amendments, transfers, and terminations in line with Saudi Labour Law

  • Oversee employee registration and updates in GOSI and ensure accuracy of monthly contributions

  • Ensure Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance and resolve any Mudad-related discrepancies

  • Coordinate Iqama issuance, renewals, profession changes, and exit/re-entry processes.

  • Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance and advise leadership on workforce implications

  • Prepare and validate KSA payroll inputs including allowances, deductions, unpaid leave, and EOSB calculations

  • Manage health insurance for the team – renewals, additions and deletions

  • Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files for all KSA employees

  • Draft disciplinary documentation and ensure processes align with labour regulations

  • Act as liaison with PROs, government authorities, and external vendors

  • Support inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews where required

  • Provide first-line HR support to KSA-based employees for contractual and compliance-related matters

  • Coordinate and lead employee engagement activities for the KSA office

  • Support the wider HR team as required for company-wide HR initiatives within the department

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or a related field

  • 4–5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years hands-on experience managing KSA government HR platforms

  • Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and compliance requirements

  • Proven experience handling Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad (WPS), and Nitaqat independently

  • Experience supporting payroll processes and EOSB calculations

  • High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
